JUDGMENT

In the nature of order I propose to pass, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of Ext.P3 request, pending consideration before the 1st respondent. The petitioner submits that though Ext.P3 has been preferred as early as on 10.12.2025, no decision has been taken on the same till date.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent Manager to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 request submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. If Ext.P3 is decided in favour of the petitioner, the same shall be communicated to the 2nd respondent, who shall issue further orders on the same, without any delay.
