JUDGMENT

Today when this writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the bank has offered an OTS settlement to the petitioner and as per the OTS scheme, Rs.13,55,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs fifty five thousand only) has to be deposited on or before

31.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will deposit the afore amount, on or before 31.03.2026.

In the light of the submissions made, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is closed.
