Dated this the 25^th day of March, 2026 The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to unfreeze his account maintained with the Respondent No.1/Bank. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1, on instruction, submitted that there was a requisition from the Respondent No.3 for debit freeze, and the same was removed later on further communication from the Respondent No.3, and at present, the Petitioner can operate the account. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
