J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 25th day of March, 2026 The writ petition is preferred challenging the reversion of the petitioner from the post of Junior Superintendent to Head Clerk. The said order of reversion had already been stayed by this Court. In the light of the interim order dated 09.03.2018, the petitioner continued in the post of Junior Superintendent.

2. The petitioner has now retired from the service as Junior Superintendent on 31.05.2018. Therefore, the interim order dated 09.03.2018 is made absolute. Under such circumstances, no further relief is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
