JUDGMENT
The learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that the examination has already started on 12.03.2026, while this Writ Petition was filed only on the said date itself and therefore, the relief sought for has become infructuous.
2. On a perusal of the pleadings in the Writ Petition, it is noticed that the petitioner seeks permission to appear for the 5th Semester LL.B Examination. As pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel, the said examination commenced on the day the Writ Petition was filed, and hence the prayer as sought for has practically become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
