JUDGMENT
Dated this the 31st day of March, 2026 It is aggrieved by the coercive steps taken by the respondents under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act , 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SARFAESI Act’ for short), this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that an One Time Settlement proposal submitted by the petitioner is under consideration and if the same is sanctioned, the petitioner can remit the amount, as per its terms.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the One Time Settlement proposal is sanctioned, he will remit the amount accordingly.
In the light of the afore submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to intimate the petitioner regarding the decision taken on the One Time Settlement request made by the petitioner and the petitioner shall thereafter, act according
