ORDER
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS )
seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.676/2025 of Poochakkal Police Station, Alappuzha District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 75 (1)(i) read with 75(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 , Sections 8 read with 7 and 10 read with 9(n)(l)(p) and 12 read with 11(iv) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the applicant who is the father of the survivor aged 18 years, when she was studying in 7th standard, recorded her nude visuals in his mobile phone while she was taking bath in the bathroom of their house situated by the side of the road from Maniyathrukkal Junction to Manthan Kavala at Thaikkattusseri and thereafter, on another day, grabbed on her vagina while she was
