JUDGMENT
The prayers in this Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of theConstitution of Indiaare as follows:-
“I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to grant emergency parole/leave to Mr. Ubaid, S/o Kunjabdulla, Convict No. 517/25 for a period of 15 days from 20.04.2026 to 05.05.2026, for attending the marriage of his son.
II. Direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court considering the urgency of the matter.
III. To dispense with the filing of English translation of the documents filed in vernacular language.
IV. Grant such other orders or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice.”
