Court directed expeditious consideration of nearby school posting request for retiring teacher amid transfer due to disciplinary proceedings.

Headnote:The petitioner, a headmaster nearing retirement, challenged a transfer order issued amid disciplinary proceedings. No specific statutes were cited. The court noted the transfer from one school to another and the petitioner's request for nearby posting due to impending retirement within one and a half years. The court directed consideration of the request. The issue framed was whether the petitioner, due for retirement soon, should receive a posting near his residence if continuance at the current school was untenable. The ratio decidendi emphasized expeditious disposal of the representation for alternative nearby accommodation, balancing disciplinary transfer with retirement proximity.
