JUDGMENT
Petitioner who was working as a Assistant Sales Woman in Supplyco is aggrieved by the Revenue Recovery proceedings initiated against her.
2. Petitioner commenced her service in the Civil Supplies Corporation as a Helper in the year 1992. While working as Assistant Sales Woman, she was placed under suspension on 19.07.2007. On the basis of the directions contained in Ext.P3 judgment in W.P.(C). No.22417/2008, she was reinstated as per Ext.R1(c) dated 24.09.2008. Thereafter, she was dismissed from service on 29.09.2008. The petitioner had completed 16 years of service at the time when she was dismissed. Subsequent to the dismissal, petitioner claims that she had approached the Vigilance and Anti- Corruption Bureau, Kottayam and thereafter the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe Commission. Subsequently, Revenue Recovery proceedings were initiated against her pursuant to Ext.P9 order issued on 23.06.2017. The petitioner was directed to remit a sum of Rs.1,03,803.80/- which was objected in the audit for the year 2005-2006 in respect of the Maveli Store at Punchavayal, where she was working.
