O R D E R
The petitioners herein suffered an order in M.C.No.10/2017 passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ernakulam in a proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 . They were restrained from committing any act of domestic violence, restrained from dispossessing the 1st respondent herein from the petition scheduled property, directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,500/- per month and were also directed to surrender the vacant possession of the building within three months from that date. Aggrieved by the above order, the petitioners moved the appellate court by preferring Crl. Appeal No.201/2018. The grievance of the petitioners is that even though they have filed an application for stay, the court below has not passed any order on it. The apprehension of the petitioners is that since the period for surrender has got elapsed in the meanwhile, there is a possibility to they being forcefully dispossessed.
