The petitioner, who is the applicant in O.A.No.705 of 2025 on the file of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal at Thiruvananthapuram, has filed this original petition, invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court underArticle 227of theConstitution of India, seeking an order to set aside Ext.P2 order dated 20.02.2026 of the Tribunal in that original application.
2. Today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner- applicant seeks permission to withdraw this original petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh original petition challenging the very same order, since certain inadvertent mistakes have crept in while drafting the original petition.
Based on the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant, this original petition is dismissed as withdrawn; however, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh original petition challenging the very same order dated 20.02.2026 of the Tribunal, with appropriate pleadings and reliefs.
