ORDER
Dated this the 08th day of April, 2026 The petitioner is the 6th accused in C.C.No.46/2019 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjeri, (‘Trial Court’, for short), which has originated from Crime No.125/2018 registered by the Manjeri Police Station, Malappuram, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 406, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
2. The petitioner has stated in the Criminal Miscellaneous Case that, although he got himself enlarged on bail at the crime stage, and had engaged a lawyer, subsequently he lost contact with the lawyer. The petitioner has reliably learnt that his bail bond has been cancelled and a non-bailable warrant (NBW) has been issued against him. The petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the Trial Court and get himself enlarged on bail.
