JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P2 order of suspension stating that there is absolutely no reason for keeping him under suspension.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that pending enquiry, the petitioner was kept under suspension and memo of charges have already been issued on 30.03.2026.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents to review the order of suspension, for which this Court is of the opinion that appropriate request in this regard shall be submitted by the petitioner before the Managing Director of the 1st respondent.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as follows:
(i) The petitioner shall file an appropriate request before the Managing Director of the 1st respondent seeking review of the order of suspension within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment and on receipt of the same, the Managing Director of the 1st respondent shall take approp
