The petitioner filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P10 order dated 19.12.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent, Admission Supervisory Committee for Medical Education in Kerala, whereby it was decided to keep in abeyance the approval of the students of the petitioner institution admitted for the year 2019-20 B.Pharm course; to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to approve the admission of the students of the petitioner institution admitted to 1st year B.Pharm Course 2019 admission; to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent Kerala University of Health Sciences to complete the registration of the students of the petitioner institution admitted to 1st year B.Pharm Course 2019 admission and permit the students to register for the First Semester examination to be held on February, 2020, as per Ext.P13 notification dated 24.01.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent.
