Dated this the 6thday of April, 2026Devan Ramachandran, JWhen this matter was called today, Sri. S.K.Adhithyan - appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pending this matter, orders of appointment has been issued in favour of his client by the respondents; and hence that this Con.Case(C) is not being pressed.
2. Sri.N.S.Daya Sindhu Shree Hari – learned Central Government Counsel, affirmed the afore, saying that his clients have also filed a statement expressing their apology for the delay caused.
