JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following relief:-
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to issue Police Clearance Certificate to the petitioner forthwith.”
2. When the writ petition came up for consideration today, the learned DSGI, referring to paragraph No.3 of the statement filed on behalf of the 1st respondent, submitted that, as of now, no application in respect of the petitioner for Police Clearance Certificate is pending consideration before the 1st respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make fresh application for Police Clearance Certificate.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the 1st respondent for Police Clearance Certificate.
