JUDGMENT

Petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking the following relief;

a) “Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents, particularly respondents 1 to 4, to forthwith delete/cancel the extra course MFP-5 from the Petitioner's academic record and issue the Provisional Certificate along with the Consolidated Statement of Marks/Grade Card for the MP (MBA) (Finance) Programme to the Petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court (preferably within 15 days);”

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the convocation for petitioner’s batch took place on 07.04.2026, and the petitioner could not attend the same. It is also submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the original grade card and other certificates issued to other students are also issued to the petitioner by post.
