JUDGMENT

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondent No.2 to process and close the Petitioner’s loan account with the Respondent No.2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that the Bank has received an application for closure along with a Demand Draft for the outstanding amount, and on realization of the amount by encashment of the Demand Draft, the loan account will be closed within twenty working days.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.2.
