Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 7^th April 2026 stating that time has been granted to vacate the premises on or before 30th May 2026 and that the petitioner has agreed to vacate the premises within the aforesaid time.

3. In view of the aforesaid affidavit filed by the petitioner, the original petition stands disposed of in terms thereof.
