IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
VIJU ABRAHAM, J
JUSNA C K – Appellant
Versus
STATE OF KERALA – Respondent
Dated this the 7th day of April, 2026 JUDGMENT Based on the observations made in Ext.P6 judgment in SC No.472 of 2021, the petitioners have been kept under suspension as per Exts.P7 and P8, whereby an explanation was sought for by the 2nd respondent. The petitioners submitted Exts.P9 to P12 reply to the said Show-cause Notice. The specific grievance raised by the petitioners is that the proceedings have not been finalised yet.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the
2nd respondent submits that the Show-cause Notice was issued strictly in compliance with Ext.P6 judgment of the Sessions Court.
Since the objections have already been filed by the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to finalise the proceedings initiated pursuant to Exts.P7 and P8, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and taking into consideration Exts.P9 to P12 reply submitted by the petitioners. A decision in this regard shall be taken within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
