JUDGMENT

After hearing both sides, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 applications submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
