JUDGMENT

1. Pursuant to the order dated 24/03/2026, the 7^th Respondent has filed Affidavit stating that the 7^th Respondent is ready to vacate the premises within a period of six months and to clear the arrears of rent within a period of one month and to continue the future monthly rent regularly before the 5^th day of every succeeding month.

2. In view of the Affidavit filed by the 7^th Respondent, the Writ Petition can be disposed of recording the statement of the 7^th Respondent mentioned above.
