J U D G M E N T
The prayers in the above Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:
“1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the respondents 2 and 4 not to make any drainage construction encroaching into the property covered by Ext.P-1 and P-2 without resorting to land acquisition proceedings.
2. Declare that the destruction caused in Ext.P-5 without land acquisition proceedings is illegal.
3. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the respondents 2 and 4 to pay compensation to the petitioner for the damage caused in Ext.P-9 or direct them to rectify the entire damages by reconstructing the damaged portions.
4. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the 1st respondent to take disciplinary action against the 2nd respondent and to black list the 4th respondent for the illegal acts committed in this case and to impose fine and to deduct the same from his bills.
5. Issue such other order or directions which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
6. Award cost of this litigation.”
