HIGH COURT OF KERALA
SUNIL THOMAS, J
SHYJU – Appellant
Versus
LALITHA – Respondent

Advocates:
SRI.RAJIT, SRI.RAJESH SIVARAMANKUTTY

ORDER

Revision petitioner herein challenged the order dated

22.12.2008 in M.C.No.197 of 2008 of the Family Court, Palakkad, whereby the application for maintenance filed by the respondents herein was allowed, subject to the provisions contained therein. It was challenged before this Court along with an application to condone the delay of 3124 days. Pending the proceedings, both sides agreed to adopt the process of mediation for an amicable settlement of the disputes involved. Accordingly, both parties were relegated to the District Mediation Centre, Palakkad. The co-ordinator, by his communication dated 18.06.2018, has informed that the matter has been settled amicably and has enclosed a detailed statement of settlement. Both the counsel submitted that the parties have voluntarily and amicably arrived at the settlement. I have examined the various clauses in the agreement. I am satisfied that the parties have entered into a settlement detailing the various terms of settlement.

2. As a term of the agreement, petitioner herein has agreed to assign the property comprised in document No.1840/09 of R.P(F.C).308/18 Alathur SRO to be assigned to the respondents herein on or before 10.06.2018
