JUDGMENT

The captioned writ petitions are materially connected.

Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.17361 of 2013 is the beneficiary of

Ext.P2 award, confirmed by Kerala Co-operative Tribunal, as per Ext.P5. Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.18580 of 2014 is the 1 st respondent in the other writ petition. Therefore, I heard them together and propose to deliver a common judgment.

2. According to the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.17361 of

2013, the award passed by the Co-operative Arbitration Court has become final and the petitioner is entitled to get all the benefits provided thereunder, especially when the same is affirmed by the Tribunal as per Ext.P5 judgment. On the other hand, the 1

st respondent who is the petitioner in W.P.(C)

No.18580 of 2014 challenges the arbitration award as well as the revisional order passed by the Tribunal, contending that the Arbitration Court as well as the Revisional authority have not taken into account the legal intricacies involved in the matter and the factual circumstances projected by the society.
