JUDGMENT
The petitioner appeared for the first Professional MBBS Degree Examination conducted by the Kerala University in September-October, 2009. The results were published on 26.11.2009. She failed in two papers, Anatomy and Physiology. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to accept the application for revaluation without insisting on production of a copy of the mark list, to revalue the answer script and to communicate the result at the earliest. She has also prayed for a direction to the respondents to permit her to attend the second year classes on a provisional basis until the result of the revaluation is published.
2. After this writ petition was filed, the petitioner submitted an application dated 5.12.2009 leaving the column regarding marks obtained by her in the examination blank. The petitioner received the mark list on 16.12.2009. It is stated that a copy of the mark list was thereupon attached to the application for revaluation and the details regarding the marks entered in the application for revaluation.
