The writ petitioner is the appellant. Grievance is against the interference declined by the learned single Judge with regard to the prayer to stop the operation of 'FL 1 outlet' being run by the 5th respondent in the building bearing No. 477/A [as put forth by the learned counsel for the appellant] situated in the 6th respondent Panchayath, mainly because of the violation of the statutory provisions; in particular Section 232 (1) of the Kerala Panchayath Raj Act 1994, for want of licence of the Panchayath/Local Authority under the Kerala Panchyath Raj [issue of licence to dangerous and Offensive trades and factories] Rules 1996.
2. Heard Sri. Joseph George - the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Sri. Naveen T - the learned standing counsel appearing for the 5th respondent Corporation, Sri.
