JUDGMENT
Petitioner and her team participated in the Malappuram District School Kalotsavam, 2016-17 in the event 'Koodiyattom'. However, the team could secure 2nd place in the competition, and being aggrieved, petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Committee constituted for the purpose and suffered with Ext.P3 order. It is thus challenging Ext.P3, and seeking other associated reliefs, this writ petition is filed.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and perused the documents on record and the pleadings put forth by the petitioner.
3. Even though a copy of the appeal memorandum is not produced along with the writ petition, the grievance voiced by the petitioner is discernible from Ext.P3 to the effect that the sound system was not proper, and there was bodily ailments to the main actor.
4. To the said grievance voiced, the appellate committee, in its order, stated that the stage manager has not reported any shortcomings with respect to the sound system, and further that there is considerable difference of 16 marks by and between the 1st rank holder and the petitioner.
