JUDGMENT
K.M. Joseph J., The petitioner is the father of the alleged detenue, Ramsiya.
The allegation of detention is made against the fifth respondent.
2. We have already interacted with the alleged detenue. By order dt.10.6.2011, we directed the alleged detenue to reside in the Santhi Nikethan hostel. According to the alleged detenue, she is in love with the fifth respondent and they have issued notice under the Special Marriage Act on 6.6.2011.
3. Today the alleged detenue and her parents are present.
The alleged detenue would say that she is facing some problems in the hostel. The aunt of the fifth respondent, Smt.Thankamoni is present. She says that she is prepared to allow the alleged detenue to reside with her till the marriage is solemnised and that she would W.P.(Crl.) No.276 of 2011 see that the 5th respondent will not have access or interact with the alleged detenue during her stay with her. The 5th respondent would also say that he will not interact with the alleged detenue during her stay with his aunt. Accordingly we pass the following order: - The alleged detenue is permitted to go with Smt.Thankamoni as referred above and reside with her till 7.7.2011 and thereafter it
