J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was an employee in the service of the third respondent Co-operative Society ('the society') for the period from 03.07.1984 to 07.12.2005. Later, she entered the service of the fourth respondent Bank on 29.12.2005 and retired from the service of the fourth respondent Bank on 31.12.2012. Though the petitioner left the service of the society during 2005, she was not disbursed the gratuity, provident fund as also leave surrender benefits payable to her. According to the petitioner, when she raised a claim for the said dues, the society instituted an arbitration proceedings against her alleging that certain amounts are due to the society from the petitioner. As such, after the retirement from the service of the fourth respondent Bank, the petitioner preferred WP.(C).No.10659 of 2012 before this Court seeking directions to the society to disburse the terminal benefits due to her. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court directing the society to compute and disburse the amounts claimed except the leave surrender benefits.
