JUDGMENT Dated this the 24 ^th day of March, 2026 The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Bank submitted that all the documents sought for in this Writ Petition were released to the Petitioner, and the same was recorded in the Order dated 18.03.2026. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner wanted time to confirm, and hence the matter was adjourned to today. Today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner again sought adjournment. There is nothing to disbelieve in the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Bank. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of, recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Bank.
