JUDGMENT

Dated this the 31st day of March, 2026

1. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Bank submitted that the Bank had received a requisition from the Respondent No.2 and the same has been lifted by a subsequent communication from the Respondent No.2 and the account is continued under freezing as the Petitioner had requested for freezing.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner does not want to continue the freezing of the account.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent Bank to permit operation of the account of the Petitioner.
