Dated this the 10th day of April, 2026 JUDGMENT Aggrieved by Exts.P1 and P2 declining approval of appointment, the petitioners have preferred Exts.P5 and P6 Revision Petitions before the Government and the petitioners seek for an expeditious disposal of the same.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader representing respondents 1 and 2.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 Revision Petitions submitted by the petitioners, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners and the 3rd respondent. A decision in this regard shall be taken within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
