JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the proposed donor of a renal patient Ms Nadeera V, undergoing treatment for renal disease at the Apollo Adlux Hospital, Angamaly, Ernakulam. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-
a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate and effective steps to issue approval for unrelated renal transplantation in respect of Ext P11 application, within a time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.
b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for records leading to issuance of Exhibit P12 Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent, setaside the same and direct afresh consideration.
c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to accept and forward Ext Pll application with documents to the 1st respondent for consideration, without insisting for the certificate from the 3rd respondent.
d) Issue a Writ of Ma
