JUDGMENT
K.BABU,J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The petitioners seek a direction to the Rent Control Court, Ernakulam, to dispose of RCP No.67 of 2018 pending before it in a time bound manner.
3. The matter is of the year 2018. The Original Petition is disposed of directing the Rent Control Court, Ernakulam, to dispose of RCP No.67 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say, the Rent Control Court is at liberty to seek extension of time, if necessary.
