JUDGMENT
1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking direction to de-freeze the amount that has been held under lien in his account maintained with the Respondent No.1/Bank.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Bank submitted that, as on today, the requisition amount is Rs.10,87,014/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand and Fourteen only). Even though the learned Counsel for the Petitioner pointed out that the very same amount was involved in Ext.P5 judgment, no amount is stated in the Ext.P5 judgment.

Authorities were directed to inform the Bank as to whether freezing of accounts of the Petitioner will require to be continued; and if so, for what further time, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, and if no information is received by the Bank, the Petitioner is free to approach this Court again.
4. There is nothing to show that Ext.P5 judgment is communicated to the requisitioning authority. Hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition cannot be allowed, and the Writ Petition is dismissed. If the Petitioner communicates Ext.P5 judgment and no response is received f
