O R D E R
This application seeking regular bail has been filed by the sole accused in SC No. 1591/2025 (Crime No.908/2022 of Kallambalam Police Station, charge sheeted for offences punishable under Sections 4 r/w 3(a), 6 r/w 5(j)(ii), 19(1), 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2019 and Sections 376 and 45 of .
2. The prosecution allegation is that on a day in the month of September 2021 at about 11.00 am, while the victim was alone in the house and standing in the kitchen of her house, the petitioner criminally trespassed into the house and embraced and kissed her, forcibly removed her dress and had sexual intercourse with her without her consent. As a consequent of the said incident,the victim became pregnant and subsequently delivered a male child and thereby the accused committed the above mentioned offences.
