JUDGMENT
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank submits that the petitioner has not disclosed the filing of two earlier writ petitions, namely, W.P.(C) Nos.12833 of 2023 and 120 of 2026. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
