2. The petitioners are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 238 of 2026 of Kunnamkulam Police Station for alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 351(2) and 110 read with Section 3(5) of theBharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The prosecution allegation is that the accused persons, due to previous animosity and in furtherance of their common intention to assault the de facto complainant and his friend and to kill the de facto complainant, on 15.02.2026 at about 9.40 p.m., wrongfully restrained them, attacked them and tried to kill them.
