The writ petition is filed with the following prayers;

“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to issue Temporary Permit to the petitioner on the route Kavamkulam-Adoor in respect of her Stage carriage KL-06/F 6172, by considering Exhibit P4 application and direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to maintain the status quo regarding the operation of the service till orders are passed on Exhibit P4 application in the interest of justice;

ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ. direction or order directing the respondent
