This matter pertains to the Special Audit Report relating to the accounts of Velinalloor Devaswom in Kottarakkara Group for the period from 01.04.2013 to
10.07.2014.
2. It appears that Sri. Sujathan Nair had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.19883 of 2021, challenging the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against him.
3. When the matter was taken up on 08.04.2022 in the aforesaid writ petition, Sri. Sujathan N air sought a direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse pensionary benefits upon obtaining an undertaking from him. By order dated 08.04.2022 in the aforesaid Writ Petition, this Court granted the said request and directed payment of provisional pension. The said writ petition is still pending consideration.
4. We also find that a crime has been registered as Crime No. 1631 of 2015 of the Puthur Police Station, and after investigation, the matter is presently pending before the Court of the Special Judge (Vigilance), Kollam, as C.C. No.52 of 2025.
In that view of the matter, no purpose would be served
