This Original Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Pathanamthitta to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 (E.A.No.108/2013) before the final hearing of E.P.No.104/2011 within a time limit.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Adv. Sri.Radhakrishnan, representing Sri.V.Philip Mathews, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the O.P(C) has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Original Petition is closed as infructuous.
