JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" (i) Issue Writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writ or order calling of the records leading up to the Ext.P2 order issued by the 1st respondent, and quash the same;
(ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to expedite the consideration of Ext.P3 petition;
(iii) Issue an order staying all further proceedings in pursuant the Ext. P2 order, pending disposal of Ext.P3 revision petition.
(iv)To dispense with the production of English translation of Malayalam Exhibits produced along with the Writ Petition in the interest of justice.
(v) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Aggrieved by Ext.P2 proceedings, the petitioner filed Ext.P3 revision before the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not considering Ext.P3, and the authorities are proceeding with Ext.P2. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think, this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P3, if it is received and pending. Till final orders are passed in Ext.P3, the respondents shall not take further steps based on Ext.P2 on condition that, the petitioner will maintain status quo as far as the property is concerned.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
1. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P3, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as, expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
2. Till final orders are passed in Ext.P3, no further proceedings shall be taken based on Ext.P2 on condition that the petitioner will maintain the status quo as far as the property is concerned.
