This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.3 in Crime No.1404/2025 of Varkala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 118(2) and 324(6) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, the BNS).

20.09.2025 at 08:00 p.m., the accused Nos.1 to 3 caused wrongful restraint to the de facto complainant while he was proceeding to his house through the pathway adjacent to Appooppankavu near his house and the accused No.1 snatched the mobile phone of the de facto complainant and the accused No.2 hit on the face of the de facto complainant with a stone when he had demanded his phone.
