ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicants are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.163/2026 of Hosdurg Police Station, Kasargod District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 332(c), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 79 and 296 r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNS).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on
26.03.2026 about 09:00 pm, at Chalakuzhi in Puthukai Village, the applicants, in furtherance of their common intention, trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant, assaulted and molested her, and also attacked her children. Thus the applicants have committed the above offences.
4. I have heard Sri.Arun Kumar A., the learned counsel for the applicants and Sri.M.C. Ashi, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.
