JUDGMENT
Dated this the 26th day of May, 2026 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to evolve and implement a fair ratio/balancing mechanism between Village Industries Officers belonging to the Ministerial Wing and Assistant Registrars belonging to the Co- operative Wing in the matter of promotion to the category of Project Officer.
2. Petitioner aggrieved by the denial of chance for promotion has preferred Ext.P14 request before the 3rd respondent.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the Khadi Board.
Taking into consideration the fact that the grievance has already been projected before the 3rd respondent by am of the view that an appropriate decision on the same shall be taken by the 3rd respondent after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation submitted by the petit
