JUDGMENT

The only prayer made in this appeal is to direct the 3rd respondent to take steps to execute Ext.P3 order.

2. Ext.P3 order dated 21.02.2025 was passed by the Maintenance Tribunal directing respondents 4 and 5 therein to pay an amount of Rs.2,000/- each per month to the petitioner herein, who is their father.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 would contend that they have paid a certain amount to the petitioner, but no documents have been produced to substantiate the said contention.

In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to implement Ext.P3 order after affording an opportunity to both sides.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
