The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the court again if the need arises.

JUDGMENT

When the case is taken up, it is submitted by the counsel on either side that the matter has been settled. In view of the settlement, this transfer Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move again if necessary.
