JUDGMENT

When this Contempt Case came up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the directions in the judgment dated 23.01.2026 in W.P.(C) No.48220 of 2025 have already been complied with and that an order had been passed. A copy of the same was handed over to the counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. If that be the case, there is no contempt in this case. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is free to challenge the same in accordance with the law.

With the above observations, the Contempt Case (C) is closed.
